Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer a refund for candle orders. We will gladly exchange damaged item(s) within 7 days from your delivery date. Please contact us with image proof of damaged item(s) and we'll ship out replacement candles within 3 to 4 business days of exchange confirmation.

Your orders will usually be shipped from our studio in Campbell, CA within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Please be advised that due to some delays in the supply chain and the high demand during the holiday season, transit time might take longer than expected.

If you are experiencing candle drowning or the wick no longer lights, it just means there's not enough wick for the candle. You can easily carve out the wax above the wick or pour some of the melted wax into the trash so the flame can be relit and you can create a meltpool and revive your candle.

Burn your candle for at least 2 hours on the first use. When burning for the first time, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the vessel. Always trim the candle wick before each use 1/4" (5mm) Avoid burning your candle for short periods of time.

Our candles are hand-poured using a virgin coconut soy wax blend and premium phthalate-free fragrance and essential oil blend.

The burn time on our candles vary depending on the size, the duration of each burn, and how you burn. Our candles can have the following burn time: 5.5 oz Minimalist Candle: up to 50 hours 9 oz Creme Candle: up to 100 hours
